  • Payment timelines

  • Insurance determinations

All payer decisions are made solely by insurance carriers.

4. Business Associate Disclaimer

Our services are provided strictly under Business Associate relationships. Responsibility for patient consent and clinical decision-making remains with the healthcare provider.

5. Data Security & Breach Disclaimer

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach involving PHI, Quantum Health Services LLC will comply with all applicable HIPAA breach notification requirements.
